Simple Query Wizard - answer Create Tab - Query Wizard - Make sure "Simple" is
selected - Tables/Queries drop-down menu - select what data is needed - Next/Done

the Query Design button
2. Query Design View opens with the Show Table dialog active. Double-click the name
of table needed to be included in the query. Click the close button when finished.
3. Add fields to the query grid: double click the fields in order in the relationship boxes.
4. Design tab, click run
