The purpose of the website is to hire more people for this job and to
help people find interest in the company, so that person or people
put in it an application. The website is also designed for people to
apply for the job online. The website is designed for both men and
woman applicants that want a job inside website development and is
also for people who want to learn more about web development and
advance their skills.

The user must be able to use the website easily from which ever
device and browser they are using. The website should be
compatible enough to be able to adjust to each device.

The website should be able to adapt to users' needs, the user should
be able to adjust the text size to the users' needs for example making
the text bigger or smaller depending on how they want the text.

The information on the website should be easy for the user to find
and navigate through the website. For example, if the user wants to
go to the job application page, they should effectively find that page
without having to go through thousands of pages to get to that page
it should be quickly.

The website loading times should be fast. If the website is slow and
does not load quickly the user will lose interest in the website and
will go onto another website that can provide them quick loading
times.

,I also need to make sure that users will come back to the website
and continue using the website over time.

It must also be compatible for people with bad internet connections.

The website must be able to work on different browsers, otherwise
they can lose interest on the website.

This also makes sure that anyone can access the website no matter
which browser they are browsing the website on.

The navigation for the website must also be easy to navigate.

This makes sure that users can go around navigating the website
quickly.

This is especially important for users who are visiting the website for
the first time.

The colour scheme for the website must be simple colours so it is
easy for users to read for example if you use the colour white for the
fonts on the website then users won't be able to read the text, and
this will cause people to leave the website.
