I wrote this essay for my EPQ. The content looks at the musical transition between the Renaissance and the Baroque, placing the analysis within the context of Claudio Monteverdi's composition. This essay would benefit either a student looking for a specific example of a music-based EPQ and/ or someone looking for a piece of work that was commended for an outstanding level of academic maturity and research, thus achieving full marks.
