This is a master piece that I have created since studying Pharmacy in UEA since 2018. I have been updating this document since then. I found this useful even until today, practicising as a specialist pharmacist in one of the UK hospitals. This document contained most of the common medical conditions that you will encounter as a pharmacist and the general treatment pathyway and therapeutics involved.
