A detailed explanation of how to use the QIAprep Kit for plasmid minipreps. Created by a graduate Biochemistry student who is now studying Biological Sciences at Cambridge University. This is designed to be used for all levels of learning, from GCSE to university. When learning biology at school, I often found that some of the topics were too simplified that I did not understand the information. Hence, I have created this document to be easy to understand but still fully explain key concepts.
