These photos are of handwritten notes I managed to get during an online learning period in covid. These are for weeks 9 and 10 Sel1032 dealing with data. In week 9 we explored the causes and concequences of language change. I have some answers to a handout too. Week 10 looked at the theoretical and social implications of language change and variation research.

These are photographs of my handwritten notes from 2020. These are the entire notes I managed to gain from online lessons for Sel1032 for "dealing with data", a module in my English Language course. These notes explore questions of what language variation and language change are. Similarly it explores ideas around dialects, phonics and why it's important to study language variation over time

In week 7 we explored the spread of innovations looking at language change.
