Public policy is a course of action or non action taken by a government or legislature with
a particular issue in mind. There are 2 parts of public policy one is public policies referring
to actions of public actors like governments and the other is governmental actions that
focus on a specific issue. Public policy is addressing a certain aspect or problem like animal
protection

The laughing gas is banned by a legislature in this case the municipality of Brussel. The
municipality has taken action by banning the sale of the canisters. By doing this they
