P2 Criteria
This questionnaire is to get an overview of how the public perceive science and what effects
it has on them in their day-to-day life. The topic on which this questionnaire is going to be
based around is the MMR vaccine. I would like to get your view and thoughts on the MMR
vaccine, through selecting the answers which you find most suited to your thoughts as an
individual. The MMR vaccine protects against 3 serious illnesses: measles, mumps, and
rubella (German measles).
