- Be aware of licensing restrictions and product requirements.
- Have own formulary for each condition e.g. eczema (this is what im going to
recommend based on symptoms).
- Post ASMETHOD – decide whether sell or refer for further management –
needs to be clear.
- If selling – give name (brand or generic, if brand make sure right drug in it),
give dosage (not a red flag if given wrong dose – not a fail)

MH history structure – PC including 5 P’s > PMH > DH > FH > Social History > Brief overview at end

- End either want to say high risk or low risk (if suicidal thought/hurt themselves or have
access to high risk drug e.g. morphine or antidepressants = high risk and refer to crisis team)
– (if low risk – including low mood and no suicidal risks = refer to further medical attention
for help – maybe counselling e.g. GP)

Neurological examination can be covered in exam – most likely MCQ – most likely Cranial nerves –
videos for 3 of them. E.g. put cranial nerve up – best describe it and put list up of what best
describes it. Note: Some of them are grouped – will be exactly as they are in the slides
