Introduction: WHAT IS THE TASK ABOUT?
In this task I will be talking about different tools and techniques and I will be explaining the
advantages and disadvantages of system and security.

1. Explain what software diagnostic and monitoring tools are then:

Software diagnostics tools and monitoring tools are elements of software that will give you
the knowledge you would be required to make amendments to your computer. Somehow
the tools come prepared into the operating system whilst different tools come from 3 rd party
software engineers. Using this kind of tools is time efficient and wasting less money. t

Talk about VNC
VNC stands for Virtual Network Computing. VNC is when the technician is
remotely repairing other computers by using other computers. Mouse clicks are
transferred from a computer to a different computer therefore enabling the
technical support to have control over the network device without face to face
contact.
Put an image of an example of VNC software on the market and give a brief
outline of it.

A VNC only would function on the server model. The VNC viewer is then
installed on the local PC and it is linked to server module. This would then be
need to be installed on the remote computer.
a) Explain the advantage for a technician of using VNC
 It is easy to communicate remotely
 It is free to download
 It is also easy to setup
 It is robust
 It is easy to save money on hardware requirements.
b) Explain the disadvantage for a technician of using VNC
 It requires more bandwidth
 They do not run very fast
 You only have a limit on using applications

it is the group of options that enable you to have a look the computer system’s
content and settings therefore it would allow to modify the settings. It only has
3 subsections of the system and security. An example would user account
control which allows to give permission to users who want to download or
