Unit 19 developing teams in
business
Klein Luyindula
Evaluate the team’s overall effectiveness in meeting its objectives, making
recommendations for improvements.
In this task I will be making reasonable decisions on how well our team worked in
providing supporting evidence for our team, general effectiveness in meeting the
objective and making recommendation for improvements.
Communication:
The communication within the group was very effective as we listened to each other
opinions and we all reflected in them we all got to know each other and asked each
other questions so then we could build a bond between one another. Our
communication was very effective and clear which means it allowed all the team
members to speak up and share their opinions, everyone felt comfortable in the team.
The fact my team had good communication we were able to discuss things through for
example if we had an argument our communication helped us to solve the issue out
very quickly. If our team did not have good communication it would have led us to be
confused and fail to produce our smoothies, but since we had good communication, we
were able to understand each other and this allowed us to complete our task effectively.
Planning:
We found our planning very easy but we thought we did not have enough time to do
the planning effectively, my teachers gave us straight forward instructions like start to
do your research and things like that, we started giving each other roles and then we
started to think about our product and what we will need to produce it. we made sure
that everyone in the team knew what they were supposed to do, for example their role,
although we did not have enough time, we were still able to meet the deadline, if we
did not plan everyone's team role, we would of being confused and not knowing what
to do which could have made us look unprofessional during our smoothie's sale.
Commitment:
Me and my team were very committed, which means we were all committed to meet
our goal, if we were not committed this could of cause lack of focus which means some
