vacancies. You are working as a Trainee Recruitment Adviser. The
Vocational Scenario or agency is a small company located in Birmingham, and your supervisor
Context Steve Hill, has requested you research and investigate various
communication approaches within organisations and report back to him.




Your supervisor has asked you to produce a guide to describe the
attributes of potential employees that employers are looking for.
