This presentation will cover:
 How the current management approach is affecting the development of a
quality culture
 How you could achieve a quality management standard

In this presentation I will be evaluation the effect of the current management style
on quality culture at your organisation. I will then go on to make relevant
recommendations on the quality management standards your organisation could
achieve. Strines Stoves currently has an autocratic management style which may
cause issues for the company when implementing quality management. Therefore I
will evaluate the effect of this and if they need to adapt it to a more democratic
leadership style.

 Commitment from managers
 Quality circles
 Trusted and strong partnerships with suppliers and customers
 Transparent and open communication

A quality culture refers to when quality is built into the businesses core values and
beliefs. This is very hard to achieve because it requires constant commitment from
all employees and managers. Every aspect of the organisation has to consider quality
and include it when possible. Above I have listed the key factors that are essential
when forming a quality culture. I will be focussing on the last bullet point
(transparent and open communication) as it is the point your organisation needs to
develop currently in order to implement a strong quality culture.
