The report and PowerPoint are a copy of each other. This is a scam and misleading. I want a refund.

For this mock the task for the report and slides are very similar hence why there is some copy and pasting. This was also done under timed conditions so this is why some things had to be rushed and copied so it comes out as a realistic model.

this essay is not close to a distinction level, there are no numbers mentioned or talk about revenue, net profit etc... the paragraphs are no where near in enough depth as a distinction piece should be - very disappointed and I cannot even get my money back :(

This was marked by a fully qualified teacher.
I understand it might not be perfect but I have made it clearly many times I am also a student. It is likely that I have picked up marks in other parts of the mock and that is what picked up these errors.

how have you been given a distinction without talk of money??

just asked my teacher and he said its most definetely not distinction level
By: RihtikSohal • 2 year ago
The presentation has talk of money within it. Also as long as a reference they are losing or gaining money it still is considered "relevent in context" so numbers would help but not needed. So i might have lost many like 1 mark and even then not really as i have mentioned other figures from the case study as the topic was about quality standards.

So please it would be nice if you would give me a more reasonable review considering I have proven a fair point here. If not that is understandable and I will respect the decision you make regardless.

This is a formal report regarding the Quality Management at The
Fachetti Group
To: Fabio Fachetti
From: Rihtik Sohal
Date: 08/01/2022
1. Introduction
This report is going to look over Quality Management and its importance to The
fachetti group. This report will also be giving recommendations and proposals which
should be considered and looked into.
The Fachetti Group (TFG) is a restaurant and food manufacturing business. This
business is run by Fabio Fachetti who is a well known established individual as he is
a celebrity chef and TV presenter. He is also famous for his ability to inspire and
engage his staff. TFG is also known for its B2B (business to business) interactions
as they sell large amounts of their products to the UK’s major supermarkets. TFG
was split into 2 separate divisions which were the restaurant division and the
manufacturing division. There are 2 managers who used to run each division. There
is Katrina Szynalski who has been in TFG for 20 years as head chef and manager of
the restaurant division. She takes a democratic leadership and management style.
She worked in an area which had high rent and rates and also paid above average
wages for the instrusty standard which ultimately caused her a lot of cash flow
problems. Katrina is currently the deputy divisional manager for manufacturing. Then
there is Sunny Elder who runs the manufacturing division. Sunny takes an autocratic
leadership style which has resulted in him running a very highly efficient workforce.
In TFG there is a large amount of conflict between the 2 managers as their
leadership styles clash which is an issue which needs to be addressed.
2. Issues
2.1 Conflict between the managers- The two managers Katrina and Sunny have a
conflict which can cause a negative impact on TFG which has a good chance of
hindering the quality of the workforce. As the workforce is not working together TFG
will not be working towards the same goals and this ultimately would bring down the
quality management of TFG as well as their ability to use and work with employees
to a high quality. This can be due to a lack of direction from HR and other elements
which make it so that TFG is not able to run effectively as it could be.
