Sports coaching are highly important in our life; it’s like one of our basely task, being or doing coach

what we mean by sports coaching:

It’s a sport that you teach or participate , depends of your job role for example if you are a player , your
role it’s to give your best , take parts in the assessments , games , tournaments , training .

Each team has a technical body, which has a leader, or captain, who is the technical director or coach, in
which all the responsibilities that a team may have fall, since the large percentage of the decisions that
are made depends on him/her.

Being a coach you have to have skills as a leadership because you will have to conduct the team inclusive
the other members of the sport coaching, making different plans, the training sessions and different
methods to make sure the team are in great terms.

Coaching can be very difficult in different circumstances, if you not well- being prepared including
physically and mentally will be very tough for you to be good coacher and being capable to lead the
team , because the situation will become in too much pressure .

Ideally, various aspects of the sport club and it can be representation is improved both nationally and
internationally.

To carry out a descriptive investigation, which consist of describing certain situations or events, showing
the way in which and such acts that lead to such events occurring? To determine these situations and
how they are generated and act, an evaluation have to be built.

Finally, after analyzing the responses and obtaining their results, a model will be presented as a
conclusion, after the aims have to be serving as a guide and help coaches when facing certain specific

 The observation ( Visual style )

The visual learning style is recognized for the development of students’ memory, emphasizing the use
of imagination, reflection, evocation and mental agility to through visual means, which determines

,  Auditory style

Learners learn best when they listen , for example , in discussion , debated or simply with the teacher’s
explanations .While other students can learn more by coming home and opening the class manual , they
learn a lot in the classroom , listening to the teachers.

 Social Style:

We can characterize this learning style in those people who prefer to work with others whenever they
can, as they try to share their ideas with others by putting their conclusions into the groups.

 Solitary Style (individual)

This learning style it’s very common especially in students, also called individual, is characteristic of
those who prefer solitude and tranquillity to learn and they tend to focus on topics that interest them
and learn in a different way.

 Kinaesthetic learners:

The kinaesthetic style focuses on the student “learning by doing”, based on their creativity, potential
and abilities.

In this style is very useful, as in the rest, the use of information and communication technologies as a
learning facilitator method, on the other hand, this style can be the basis for the development of
cooperative work among students.

 Kolb learning style:

This style it can be grouped in 4 stages for the process of learning: concrete experience, reflective
observation, conceptualization and active experimentation, during this process will allow to the learner
to learn as; concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization and active
experimentation.

All of this will help to define different strategies that benefit the learner and the team as a constructive
process.

 Honey and Mumford Learning Style :

The theory of this learning style was developed by Peter Honey and Alan Mumford, dependent on Kolb’s
previous style. The styles of Honey and Mumford are 4:

 Activist
 Theorist
 Reflector
