In this task, I will be clarifying diverse concept which are associate with nutritional health.
For example: food, diet, meal, snacks and supplements. I will also clarify one current
nutritional issue. The dietary issue I will clarify is food labelling.
Food Food could be a substance which consist of fundamental nutrient that protect life

All people and creature must absorb nourishment in arrange to stays alive. Nourishment is
taken in through mouth but can be taken by tube or into a vein in
case an person is incapable to eat or drink.
Example: Individuals need eternal feeding when you have swallowing problem and risk
that food and fluid can go down wrong way.

Diet could be a choice of foods and drink which somebody absorbs. They consume them

are ordinarily eaten when an person is hungry or need a boost of energy but it’s
not meal time however.
Nutrients Nutrient are substances which give food which is required for life
and development. Example of nutrient are carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins,
minerals, water and fiber. Each person has to consume quantity of nutrient depending on
their weight, height and gender.
Malnutrition Malnutrition is when an person needs the basic nutrient. This can be due to not
eating enough and not eating correct thing or being unable to require within food that
one does eat. Malnutrition include undernutrition or over nourishment.
Over nourishment is when overly of one supplement is absorbed.
Undernutrition Undernutrition is when an person doesn’t absorb enough nutrient which are basic for life
and development. This can be ordinarily caused by not eating sufficient and not
absorbing sufficient calories. It can also caused by medical condition such as ulcerative
colitis. Usually a condition where nutrients from the foods are not absorbed into
bloodstream because foods passes through stomach related tract very quickly.
Deficiency Deficiency is when an person has a lack of a certain nutrient. It is usually a need of
a specific mineral or vitamin such as iron deficiency (anaemia) or vitamin C deficiency. This
may happen when there's a lack of that supplement within diet or medical conditions.
Overweight Overweight is when an individual’s weight be over what is considered healthy
or desirable. An person ordinarily become overweight when they absorb as
well numerous calories or doesn’t get enough work out which can
cause numerous health issues such as joint pain and Type 2 diabete and high
blood pressures.The Department of Health state that being overweight imply having a
