Hoofstuk 18 - Die Krag van Woorde
Rudi weet nie wat om met homself die volgende dag te
doen nie. Hy wil nooit weer die aand herleef nie. Hy begin ‘n
boodskap aan Steven te stuur, maar vee dit uit. Hy weet nie
wat om te sê nie. Rudi besluit om Steven te bel. Hy klink
teneergedruk. Hy sit net by die huis en dink. Hy sê dat Rudi
na die video’s moet kyk en sien wat almal van hom sê.
Rudi sien die vorige video’s van die klappers, die muisvalle
en die slang. Meeste video’s is oor die vorige aand. Rudi wil
nie kyk nie, maar hy weet hy moet. Hy hoor mense Steven ‘n
“klapperkop” en “bangbroek” noem. Die kommentaar onder
die video’s sê hom verder sleg.
Chapter 18 - The Power of Words
Rudi doesn’t know what to do with himself the following day. He never wants to relive the
previous night. He starts typing a message to Steven but erases it. He doesn’t know what to say.
Rudi decides to call Steven. He sounds depressed. He is just sitting at home and thinking. He
says that Rudi should watch the videos and see what everyone is saying about him.
Rudi sees the previous videos of the crackers, the mouse traps, and the snake. Most videos are
about the previous night. Rudi doesn’t want to watch, but he knows he must. He hears people
call Steven a “crackerhead” and “scary pants”. The comments below the videos call him more
names.

Hoofstuk 19 - Wraak is Soeter as die Bloed Vloei
Rudi is woedned. Hy wil Marco iets aandoen. Rudi
bel vir Lize om uit te vind waar Marco is. Sy sê hy
oefen smiddae by Virgin Active.
Rudi vind Marco net soos hy by die deur van die
gimnasium instap. Rudi gryp sy valhelm en
gimsak en gooi dit eenkant toe. Hy sê Marco moet
‘n les geleer word en hy dreig vir Marco. Marco
dink nie Rudi sal iets doen nie, maar Rudi voel
soos ‘n vulkaan wat gaan ontplof. Hy boks Marco
in die gesig. Marco slaan terug en Rudi se gesig
bloei. Die vulkaan binne hom voel warmer en hy veg terug. Hy sê dis vir Steven en Lize ook.
Marco gee nie om oor Lize nie en gaan haar net seermaak. Rudi hou aan slaan en knie en skop
totdat Marco op die grond lê. Rudi lig sy been om Marco se kop te skop, maar ‘n sekuriteitswag
keer hom. Rudi dink hy sal dit weer vir sy vriende doen.
Chapter 19 - Revenge is Sweeter when the Blood Flows
Rudi is furious. He wants to do something to Marco. Rudi calls Lize to find out where Marco is.
She says he works out at Virgin Active in the afternoons.
Rudi finds Marco as he walks through the doors of the gym. Rudi grabs his helmet and gym bag
and throws it to one side. He says Marco should be taught a lesson and he threatens him.
Marco doesn't think Rudi will do anything, but Rudi feels like a volcano about to erupt. He
punches Marco in the face. Marco hits back and Rudi’s face starts bleeding. The volcano inside
him feels warmed and he fights back. He says it’s for Steven and Lize too. Marco doesn’t care
about Lize and will just hurt her. Rudi carries on hitting, kneeing and kicking until Marco is on the
ground. Rudi lifts his leg to kick Marco’s head, but a security guard stops him. Rudi thinks he will
do it again for his friends.
