How did I do?
27/C.P5 - review own strengths and areas for development in work experience.
Within my work experience placement, I gained many skills and also skills I already had
that I could use within this placement. These skills include;
Strengths-
Good communication - I can talk to people like my colleagues or customers etc
and can do this well.
Creativity - I am a very creative person and can bring my own creative ideas for
problem solving etc.
Time management - I have always been good at being on time and I can create
schedules to prioritize work etc so I can get everything done.
Organization – I am exceptionally good at this. I like to create folders and
schedules. I am a very organized person.
Problem solving skills - I can use my own ideas to contribute to help when a
problem needs to be solved. I can also think fast on my feet which is helpful
when problem solving.
Handworker - I am a hardworker and have always been. I will put 110% effort
into everything that I do.
Weaknesses-
Thinking under pressure - I struggle with this as I like to plan different possible
routes to find the best solution for a problem.
Indecisive - I have always been really indecisive which can be a hinder especially
when working in retail.
Get bored quickly – when working in retail where the job is the same everyday
this can be a bad thing. Although I have been working on this and am getting
better.
