Purpose of digital animations
The purpose of digital animation is to entertain people for example people watch tv because it is the place where audience can
find the entertainment of animations like on cartoon shows, advertising, image with fonts or video games which is also very
entertaining for young age audience. In digital animation an action or a text message (fonts) helps the audiences to receive the
meaning of what is happening in the scene. For marketing the digital animation is the fundamental source, professional editors
are needed to make high-quality editing with great animations. The target marketing thinks what people can be interested in so
they work on flyers, posters, weddings posters, birthday parties, festivals, online adverts, or any type of event.
The users or customers are able to create animations for their own purposes, by using editing applications. If the users wants
professional animation editing, the users can buy the features from the app or buy an app where everything is included, or just
buy from editors. The posters and flyers are edited as the theme of the event if the event is a happy theme, then they will use
more colorful colors with images, or if it's more about business the editing will change into more marketing theme, and it
wouldn’t be too colorful, but this also will depend on the theme of the business.
The market follows the trends so the audience will catch the attention easily, the editor will need to think about creating a
project about digital animations by using more special effects how it can look interacting, the purpose of this, it’s to catch the
audience attention. Digital animation is also used in cinema, where people will be able to see the movie in 3D effects with some
special glasses; this allows the audience to see the movie characters with special effects also there is 2D animation which is two-
dimensional space which is used to create cartoons or any educational video. 3D gives an illusion of a three-dimensional solidity
effect which makes you feel very excited about it, and it is very fun.
, Digital animations legal requirements
● The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 is the current copyright legislation in the United Kingdom.
A copyright is an intellectual property right that exists in a specific relevant issue, in UK law. Certain
digital animations are required by law to have copyright, it is a piece of legislation that specifies that if a
user wants to distribute a video created by someone else, the user must first seek permission from the
video's creator this impacts to the creator of the animation because the credit will also go to the person
who is using without the permission. The most prevalent type of copyright infringement happens when
someone in the UK performs restricted acts without the copyright owner's permission or license. The
general public can borrow or rent copyrighted media. Patent law governs the rights and accessibility of
conceptions and innovations based on physical and immaterial concepts (also known as IP).
● In today's hyper-competitive market, intellectual property (IP) is a vital component of trade, copyright or
other intellectual property rights protect royalty-free work, allowing it to be used without paying royalties
or licensing fees for each use, per copy or volume sold, or for a certain period of time. Public domain
works are used without obtaining permission or incurring a copyright charge. A Creative Commons
license is one of the numerous public copyright licenses that allow for the unrestricted dissemination of
otherwise protected "works." When an author wants people to be able to share, use, and expand on their
work, they choose a CC license. Individuals who use or redistribute an author's work are protected from
copyright infringement if they meet the restrictions indicated in the license under which the creator
distributes the work.
