Inleiding
Tijdens praktijkperiode 3 heb ik aan de module “regisseren van zorg” gewerkt gedurende
mijn stage in de revalidatie. In deze module staan de Canmeds rollen van organisator en
samenwerkingspartner centraal. De rol van de organisator richt zich op het verpleegkundige
leiderschap in de samenwerking met anderen en coördineert de zorg rondom de patiënt
(Lambregts, Grotendorst & Van Merwijk, 2015).
De rol van de samenwerkingspartner richt zich het effectief samenwerken met de patiënt,
naasten en verschillende disciplines met behulp van gezamenlijke besluitvorming. Dit om de
continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg te waarborgen (Lambregts et al., 2015).

In het verslag wordt aandacht besteed aan het multidisciplinair zorgproces rondom de
patiëntengroep met een amputatie en de rol van de verpleegkundige. Aangezien de student
