-Bernie was a businessman, and a part of a Ponzi scheme in which investors believed their money
was being paid into funds to make money but instead it was not.
Moral Crimes:
- they are crimes against the normal norms of society.
Examples include: prostitution, under age drinking, illegal gabling and drug use.
- There are no victims of this crime, victimless.
- The perpetrator and the victim can also be the same person of crimes like under age
drinking.
- The typical offender of this crime can differ, but they are usually in a difficult situation, and
maybe even forced to commit a crime for survival.
- The public awareness of this crime is low as it is often hidden.

Typical victim: citizens of the country, can be due differing political view or religion.
