ASSIGNMENT 2 Know discriminatory practices in health and social care

Scenario: You are working in a rehabilitation unit and have been asked to complete a follow

of the report describes the physical, intellectual, emotional and social effects on the 2
service users.

Using the case study complete the table by describing the discriminatory practices listed on the
table and then assessing how the clients in the case study were victims of such discriminatory
practice.
