En el presente trabajo de, investigación se estará detallando información
relacionada con los diferentes títulos valores que han sido considerados y
establecidos en la Normativa Mercantil. La Letra de Cambio, El Cheque y el
Pagaré están siendo utilizados vigentemente en nuestro país, para lo cual, en
forma general, se establece en este trabajo gran información de cada uno de
ellos iniciando con algunos conceptos básicos la aplicación, características,
clasificación, criterios y calificaciones en cuanto al endoso, diferencias de las
diversas clases de endosos, clasificación de los títulos valores.
También en este trabajo se estarán presentando la forma individual de cada uno
de ellos los requisitos y sus formas de endosos de cada uno de los títulos valores
la forma de aceptación y de protestar para cada título.
