M2- justify the software, tools, file format, image resolution and colour depth used for creating
graphic images.
In this report I am going to justify why I used the software and the tools that it comes with. I will also talk about the resolution the image
and file was outputted.

Montage
Justification Print screen
Software For my montage I used Adobe Photoshop
because it allows me to edit both vector and
raster images. Furthermore Photoshop allows me
to install plugins such as brushes from the
internet, this would be useful for the effects I
wanted to add.
Quick Selection Tool The quick selection tool was thing I used a lot
because it allowed me to select and deselect
parts of an image and delete the parts that
were selected. I could also inverse the selection
if I wanted too and delete the opposite to what
was selected. I used this tool commonly on the
Models were I wanted to delete parts.
Mask tool The mask tool was used in the montage to
create effects such as the models body fading
away. The mask tool allowed to create a new
layer on top of the layer I already had which I
could then fill and paint with the opposite
colour. This tool I used on the models because it
was an advance technique
