and safety on site! All injuries, concerns and CCPIs (close
call positive intervention), no matter how minor, must be
reported to the Site Supervisor immediately in order to
record it for future reference. The most common
accidents on site are slips, trips and falls.
If Something goes wrong Stop what you are doing; Assess
the situation; Help, if someone is injured help them but
only if it is safe for you to do so; Report to the site
manager.
