The design project is based on a real-life project, with some alterations to suit the module.
The existing building is a two storey, end of terrace dwelling in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales. It is
typical of buildings in the area built circa late 1800s.
The house is to be renovated to bring the property up to modern standards whilst keeping
traditional and appropriate historical features.
