The final exam is coming up and different people handle the pressure of an exam in different ways.
Using our recently learnt knowledge in this course, and following research from Baker College
(2019), I will use the following strategies to help prepare myself for this exam week in the best pos-
sible way:

Create a study plan
I'm a very organised person and this first stage almost comes second nature to me. I create plans for
literally everything and I feel much more at ease in a situation if I know I’ve planned it beforehand.
By creating a plan, first I will list all the key information in the units, including any keywords that
may help, and categorise them into certain days to review. With this method of reviewing I need to
give myself plenty of time to prepare, and I started looking at old units from Week 7. The most im-
portant part of the study plan is marking off times of the day that are purely for reviewing work.
