I was asked to create digital content for a business to meet the need of the
business and to meet the client’s requirements and needs. The aim is to allow
a business to promote their businesses to spread brand awareness and
increase sales and have more customers and increase traffic to the business to
increase sales profits.
The business aims to reach out to potential students to register and sign up on
their educational website and start learning. So, the company needs to create
social media on multiple different social media platforms such as Instagram
and Facebook and design visual content. Designs, such as posters and images
to increase the chances of more people signing up and joining the Company.
The company’s virtual learning environment allows students to learn while
they are at home with qualified and experienced teachers from all around the
world to share their knowledge and experience with their students.

Social media plan to meet the business requirements.
The goal of the business is: to make education more accessible by providing
online courses and teachers remotely from home and to create opportunities
that might be not available in their local area. Also, to enhance the learning
outcomes by providing personalized learning experiences that meet the need
of individual learners which will result in better learning outcomes. Also, one of
the great features of this platform is that it provides flexibility: the platform
can offer learners the flexibility to learn at their own pace and in their own
schedule, not like schools and colleges where they are a timetable that
students must follow, which allow learners to balance their education with
work, family, and other responsibilities that they have.
Target audience: educational platforms target potential students who want to
learn about a certain subject or improve their skills in a particular topic and get
better grades at school or college. They can target college students and adult
learners. Because this platform offers language courses that might be suitable
for adult students who want to learn an additional second language. And for
college students, because it offers topics such as science and chemistry. And it
, can also attract home-school students as it provides home-schooling resources
and support student who chose to study at home by providing online teachers
to look after their studies and help them throughout their learning journey.

My plan is: to build a community, so that will help in building relationships with
others online and gain more followers and also it will allow the business to
engage with their students by responding to comments and asking questions.
And we can do that by creating groups that people can join which will be a safe
place for everyone to join and give their opinion about the business freely.
I will be designing posters using Canva to increase platform awareness which
will increase brand visibility and it will customers recognise the brand more
easily. It provides businesses with an opportunity to showcase their creativity
and express their brand personality.
The deadline will be in 2 weeks which give me time to think of the poster ideas
and collect feedback from my mates and create the posters and post them in
the second week on the platform’s social media accounts on Facebook and
Instagram.
Posting schedule
Blog posts: Two new posts are published each week, on Mondays and
Thursdays, focusing on the topics covered in the online courses. In the blog
titles and content, use the identified keywords.
Social media: Make at least one post per day and share it on all relevant social
media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn). Share useful tips,
resources, and course highlights, and interact with your followers by
responding to comments and messages.
A monthly newsletter highlighting new courses, upcoming events, and other
relevant information. To manage the mailing list and track engagement, use an
email marketing software.
Having this plan will make it a lot easier for the business to know when to post
and what to post and which platform because for every social media platform,
some posts might be better than others for example with Instagram it is better
to use visual posts which is different to Facebook and Twitter you have to post
