Unit 21 Assignment 2 training
and development
Induction for new employees
Summary-
I have created an Induction programme of which I shall explain further throughout P5 by undergoing
some research during my work experience placement. I have chosen the job role of the Trainee
Chartered Accountant and I have also chosen to use examples from SCCA from my own experience
of being an employee. I have assessed the factors which shall enable my induction programme to be
successful for the new trainee within SCCA because, this depends upon the type of training;
development being offered to the new trainee by SCCA. Henceforth, I shall also evaluate the impact
of which the induction training has upon the employees such as the new trainee and the business
like SCCA itself too.

Introduction-
I researched about my selected business before writing up my report such as SCCA because, I wish to
offer more opportunities for the new trainee through different means. Examples can include the
trainee’s induction programme of which I have outlined in the next section of my report. I was able
to work with the employees at SCCA during my work experience placement and this enabled me to
gain a deeper understanding of their key principles such as their own training and development
schemes that are available to new employee or trainees.
