,Intro:
Local Eat is a start-up in London that works to encourage people to eat food grown locally.
This reduces carbon pollution by decreasing the amount of fuel used to move food across
the world. Local Eat has an app where people can sell their locally grown food. Customers
go on the app and can see how far away the food was grown and choose to buy it. The food
will be sent to their house.
Local Eats wants you to include the following things:
- A profile of the Local Eats itself
- Profiles of people who sell food on the app
- Prices and locations
- An online sign-up form to receive offers and news
- Links to articles about food waste
The target audience for the site is people who are conscious of the impact of food waste on
the environment and want to limit this negative impact.

Based on the problem that has been said in the brief by Local Eats A profile of Local eats
which is the homepage of the website including the Name of the business, a slogan and a
mini paragraph based on about us. Next is the profiles page of people who can sell on the
food which I will add three people who sell on the app in different ways. Another page that
needs to be made is prices and location for this page I will be adding a sale countdown timer
through JavaScript next I will be adding the address of the places as bullet points on the
page which will be in the middle of the page as well as boxes with the prices on the page.
The fourth page is about an online signup form for the offers and news page I will use html
and CSS to create the boxes which are First name and Surname gender and email which
requires you to put the @ sign otherwise it will not accept the form as well as a submit and
reset buttons. Finally, the last page is about Links to articles about food waste. With this
page I decided to get creative with it and as more to the page as you enter the page, I will
add the header which will say Food waste and then a paragraph talking about food waste
then add hyperlinks to 3 food waste website and a video about food waste. User
requirements for my website is easy to navigate, typography is easy to read and have an
alert for when the user enters the page. A countdown timer for the sale countdown. I added
an interactive video for user to watch about food waste. The laws that we have to abide by
is copyright act and the and the GDPR as we collect customers data.
