, Introduction:
In the assignment, Project Management will be introducing the project management life
cycle. Moreover will then describe the different types of methodologies explaining what they
are, and their process, and giving examples that would be taken during IT projects. I'll be
talking about the 4 Methodologies, which are RAD, Agile, Waterfall, and Prince2. I'll then
explain the project requirements of these methodologies, including the staff roles within the
projects, and the structure of the project management of each methodology I will be making
a brief description of these methodologies explaining them as much as possible.
Project management life cycle:
A project management life cycle is high-level processors that are used for the transmission
and the duty of a successful project. The money that is left or any wasted money and also
the resources that have been left can then be prevented with some of useful and effective
project management, and in fact there has been a case where more than half of the
percentage of companies that has been unsuccessful project because due to the errors and
failing of the communication breakdown. Moreover, there are phases in the project
management life cycle where you first come up with some great ideas for the project, then
you define and explain all its goals, then plan for its execution, and then go away through the
completion of the project.

Initiation is the first stage that describes the business needs, the problems that they would

objective for your object so that you can determine if the project is easy or is it difficult and
