Employers and employee’s relatonship is extremely important. For example, one key features of
employer and employee relatonship is communicaton because without communicaton, problems
will not be solved therefore it is important for employer to voice out if there is anything that the
employees need to know such as new fre safety kits that they need to about. The employees will
also need to voice their opinion out when it comes to things they don’t know and are unsure about,
this way the employer will know what they should improve in the business and what they need to
change,

Health and safety Employers and employee’s relatonss

The key feature of employer to employee is to provide them with the right health and safety
training. For example, the employer will need to make sure that the employee gets health and safety
training, this is extremely important because this risk the employee’s lives if they are not done,
employees will also have to make sure that they tell their employee about their health and safety
training and what they should do in order to maintain good quality of training. However, it is more
important for employees to make sure their employees get health and safety training and if they
don’t it may be seen as not abiding the health and safety act 1978.

employers. For example, full tme employees will have higher chances of promotons and holiday
pays whilst part tme employees may not be enttled to these types of opening or opportunites.

overs form their other employees. Full tme worker tends to get more and beter benefts.

employee is in doing the right work properly and lawfully. For example, employer will have to make
sure they give feed backs so that the employee know that they are doing well wrong or right. The
employees also have the rights to voice out and give them employer feedbacks, this maybe about
the safety of where they work and about issues that may need change in the business, this way the
employer and employee have mutual understanding about each other. Putng in mind that they are
doing this lawfully and not racially discriminatng whilst doing this because this going against the
Race relatons 1976.
