Sabic largest business unit is petrochemicals which accounts for
bulk of company’s total production. Sabic agriculture nutrient
business produces a massive range of varieties of fertilisers. The
fertilisers are from general to highly specialised. Sabic is a market
leader in key products such as ethylene, ethylene glycogen,
methanol, MTBE, and polyethylene. Sabic uses natural gases e.g.,
methane to produce methanol and ammonia. This is then
transformed into urea. Urea is used to turn into a fertiliser. Sabic
also uses ethane and propane to produce several chemical
products.

technology develops every year, producing over 95 new products
