We are currently seeking a Department Administrator
Your role
•Provide administrative support – typing letters, memos, mail merges photocopying, fling etc.
•Organising meetings with staf and parents
•Co-ordinate learning resources – e.g. stock taking, ordering stationary
•Provide personal support to Line Manager – diary arrangement and timetabling
Qualifcation
•At least 5 GCSE’s grade A*-C (C in both English and Maths)
•I.T GCSE desirable
•Secretarial qualifcation favourable
Experience
•Has some experience in administrative not essential
•Worked in educational environment
