1. This assessment consists of THREE parts . Please ensure you complete all parts.
2. Clearly show every question number in your answer.
3. Find the question number, question, and mark allocation in the three columns on the LEFT of the document.
4. The columns on the right indicate HOW MARKS WILL BE AWARDED. This guidance is added to assist you in
understanding how your assessment will be graded.
5. Take note in the marking rubric of how UNISA’s plagiarism policy will be applied. Refer to Study unit 3.
6. Complete the DECLARATION in Part C and paste it on the last page of your assessment answer. You must
upload your answers and the declaration in a SINGLE FILE.
7. Assessment 3 is submitted as a PDF le. No other format is accepted.
8. Do not submit a document that is password protected. When you submit a password protected document, you
will receive a mark of ZERO as we will be unable to mark your answers.
9. Ensure that you answer every question. Note that ONLY selected parts of the assessment will be marked.
