EVALUATE FEEDBACK FROM DELEGATES PARTICIPATING IN
THE EVENT
1.0 TERMS OF REFERENCE

1.1. On the Monday 4th of December ….asked me to create a report about the
feedback that we received from our event’s attendees. The event was held on
…..in Uxbridge college in the main Exit hall from 11:00 - 15:00.

2.0 PROCEDURE

2.1 In order to write this report I will use the following information: -

• Feedback forms which we used questionaries from participants on the walk –
teachers, the charity and students
• Notes from de-brief meeting after the walk

3.0 FINDINGS
It is very important for our event to get feedback from our delegates and
attendees because their responses is going to help us make future
improvements therefore it will help us to bring new products or services that
wasn’t in the actual event but it was expected from our customers. As a result
we decided to conduct a primary research feedback.By using this research
would allow us to find out if the customers were interested and happy in buying
our products, in fact we discussed a few options that included questionaries ,
face to face interview , survey ,observations or emails. At the end of our
discussion we come across of choosing either questionnaires or
observations.Observation can be an evaluation as participants can observe and
take note by watching people’s reaction to the events and asking them
questions face to face.Looking deeper we agreed to do questionaries because
is an efficient way of getting a lot of responses from a random and bigger
sample in a shorter period of time. Also it doesn’t take to much effort for
distributing them therefore its low cost as we didn’t have to hire people for
doing these job as we could do it by ourselves. As a result with received
responses we could identify customer’s needs and we understood which
products will suit better for future events. Questionnaires are more
quantitative research than qualitative which was useful for us as we got
statistical data. These was obtained through calculating the responses. An
advantage of using questionnaires is that it gives attendees the opportunity to
evaluate the effectiveness of various aspects of our event such as service,
product demonstrations and the overall experience with the event.
