Abstract
The following report is based on the web application called 'Dental Appointment System'.
The development was done using Python Language in Django Framework. A dental
treatment and consultation is required for everyone. Due to the rise on technology, every
hospital and clinic is shifting towards having online method of management and
appointment which is much easier to record. But in the context of Nepal, there is still a
lack of proper system for it as people still have to wait hours in line to get a consultation.
This project was created for the client 'Phulchowki Dental Clinic' which also supports
viewing report of the appointment of the users. This report has a detailed explanation on
how the system was created, what methodologies was selected along with the design
and the testing. A detailed research was done to develop this report.

Ankit Tandukar, who were the supervisors of this project. Without their guidance, this
project would be next to impossible. I am very grateful for their guidance, suggestions

to complete this project.
I would also like to thank Islington College for providing me with this opportunity of doing
this project. I would also like to thank my client, Dr. Prashamsa Khadka, who is the
founder of the Phulchowki Dental Clinic for her valuable feedback and requirement which
helped me aid to create this project. I would also like to thank my friends who helped me
solve many problems that had arisen during the development of this project and also for
their valuable response during the survey.
Without all of it, this project would not have been completed. I would like to thank everyone
mentioned above again because of whom I was able to complete this report and this
