Subject: Physical Medical Examination by Medical Officer for the purpose of selection as
Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control) in Airports Authority of India
Sir,
This is to inform you that Mr./Ms. _______________________________ is under consideration for
selection to the post of Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control) in the scale of Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/- in
Airports Authority of India. He / She is required to be medically examined (as per “Pre-Employment
Medical Examination Form for JE (ATC) candidates” enclosed as Annexure-1) by a Medical Officer
of Government Hospital of the rank of Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent (minimum MBBS) with
MCI Registration number mentioned along with his/her stamp.
2. It is requested that the above candidate may please be medically examined for the post of
Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control) as per the proforma, guidelines and standards enclosed at
Annexure-1 and his/her fitness or otherwise, be certified. Duly filled and complete Medical Report
(in original) may please be handed over to the candidate in a sealed envelope.
3. Persons with Disability are also required to be assessed for Functional Requirements as per
Annexure-2.
