Transfer meeting.

Holiday representative: Good morning everyone and welcome to
Barcelona. My name is Masrinka and I will be your transfer
representative today from palm holiday tours hotel. This is your
driver Anthony, and he will be taking us to the hotels. I have a duty
time from 09:00am to 11:00am in the hotel. The local time in
Barcelona is 09:00 am make sure that you have adjusted your
watches since Spain is 1 hour ahead of London. The weather today is
quiet sunny with 16 degrees. There are 3 stops on the way. The first
hotel will be W Barcelona which will take approximately 20-
24minutes from here. Please make sure the customers getting down
at the first hotel that would have our tour vouchers and passports
ready with you. The next stop will be Hotel Eurostar Grand Marina
which will take 20 minutes it may take much more time due to the
traffic on the way, and the last stop for today will be Hotel Miramar
which will take less than 10 minutes. All together the journey time
will be less than an hour. Everyone will be having a welcoming
meeting on the today in the evening at the respective hotels at
04:00pm with complimentary tea or coffee with biscuits from the
hotel.
This is regarding the health and safety, Please make sure you have
put your seatbelts on. It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the coach
so please refrain from smoking inside the coach or using any e-
cigarettes. There is air conditioning system above your head that you
can adjust according to your preference. We will have two quick
stops to drop off the customers to the hotel on our way. We have a
noticeboard in the receptions with timings on it in case if you forget
or need any kind of help. There are also emergency telephone
numbers which you may need in case of any help or emergency.
