Armed Robbery - ANS-ELEMENTS:
a. Larceny from the person or the immediate presence thereof
b. Accomplished with a deadly weapon (including a pistol, dirk, slingshot, metal
knuckles, razor, or other deadly weapon).
OR
a. Larceny from the person or the immediate presence thereof
b. Accomplished by a person alleging, either by words or action, that he/she was armed
while using a representation of a deadly weapon or any object which a person present
during the commission of the robbery reasonably believed to be a deadly weapon.

Arson - 1st degree - ANS-ELEMENTS:
a. A person who willfully and maliciously
b. causes an explosion, sets fire to, burns, or causes to be burned or aids, counsels, or
procures a burning
c. that results in damage to a building, structure, or any property specified in
subsections (B) and (C), whether the property of the person or another,
d. which results, either directly or indirectly, in death or serious bodily injury to a person.

Arson - 2nd degree - ANS-ELEMENTS:
a. A person who willfully and maliciously
b. causes an explosion, sets fire to, burns, or causes to be burned or aids, counsels, or
procures a burning
c. that results in damage to a dwelling house, church or place of worship, public or
private school facility, manufacturing plant or warehouse, building where business is
conducted, institutional facility, or any structure designed for human occupancy
including local and municipal buildings, whether the property of the person or another

Arson - 3rd degree - ANS-ELEMENTS:
, A person commits a violation of the provisions of this subsection who willfully and
maliciously:
(1) causes an explosion, sets fire to, burns, or causes a burning which results in
damage to a building or structure other than those specified in subsections (A) and (B),
a railway car, a ship, boat, or other watercraft, an aircraft, an automobile or other motor
vehicle, or personal property;
OR
(2) aids, counsels, or procures a burning that results in damage to a building or
structure other than those specified in subsections (A) and (B), a railway car, a ship,
boat, or other watercraft, an aircraft, an automobile or other motor vehicle, or personal
property with intent to destroy or damage by explosion or fire, whether the property of
the person or another

Breaking into motor vehicles or tanks - ANS-ELEMENTS:
The accused:
1. breaks or attempts to break
2. into a motor vehicle or its compartment
3. with intent to steal the vehicle or anything of value from it
OR
1. breaks or attempts to break
2. into any tank, pump or vessel
3. where kerosene, gasoline or lubricating oil is stored 4. with intent to steal any such
product.

Burglary - 1st degree - ANS-ELEMENTS:
Entering a dwelling
1. without consent
2. with the intent to commit a crime therein
AND
3. the defendant or co-defendant, while entering, inside or in immediate flight from the
dwelling: (one or more of the following)
a. Is armed with deadly weapon or explosive
b. Causes physical injury to non-participant.
c. Uses or threatens use of dangerous instrument.
d. Displays what appears to be knife or firearm.
