BRIEF:
The headmaster of my school has asked me to participate in a competition where I would design the new classroom block for 2 science classrooms as we


SPECIFICATIONS:
- 2 science classrooms.
- 1 sink in each classroom.
- 1 storage cupboard in each room.
- A storage room that can be accessed from both rooms.
- The maximum size of each classroom must be 85m2.
- Girls bathroom facility must include at least 4 water closets.
- Girls bathroom facility must include at least 4 wash basins.
- Boys bathroom facility must include at least 2 water closets.
- Boys bathroom facility must include at least 3 mounted urinals.
- Boys bathroom facility must include at least 4 wash basins.
- A septic tank or a grey water system.
- Jo-Jo or other rainwater capture tanks.
- Solar water geysers for hot water in the bathrooms.


CONSTRAINTS
- Due to the bathrooms being handicapped friendly, there will be less space for other aspects of the bathroom.
- I will not be able to go over and design a classroom in a space that is larger than 85m2.
- Must have set aside space for at least 1 rainwater capture tank.
- Design should not go over the required number of water closets, wash basins and mounted urinals to avoid any unnecessary use of space.
- Designs may not accommodate more or less than 2 classrooms
