For a relaxation holiday for a family of two adults and two teenagers from Belfast looking for
a 14-night villa with pool holiday in a Mediterranean destination I believe Majorca is the
most suitable destination for this family. The island located just off Spain has over 200 villas
so the family will be spoilt for choice when choosing a villa. Majorca has wonderful sandy
beaches and coves like Cala Sant Vicenç, Cala Torta and Cala Deia, and these areas will be
perfect for meeting the family’s motivation of relaxation because the family can relax by
sunbathing on the beach or enjoying refreshments at the beach bars and restaurants.
Majorca also has lots of marinas and ports, one of which is Port Alcudia, and here the family
will have the opportunity to go on a boat trip and see even more of the island. Another
reason Majorca is the most suitable destination for this family is because of its accessibility.
There are frequent flights from Belfast to Majorca and the flight time is only 2hr 50m so this
will ensure the family will be relaxed while they are travelling. Once the family arrive in
Palma the journey to their chosen villa shouldn’t take long because the island is not very big
