About our business- Paragon Marketing
We are a business who specialises in
making new and exciting attractions come Paragon
alive. We embrace the expansion of our
business into new areas and expertise. We Marketin
find a way to make the consumer and the
customers happy with our result. There g
Are lots of people who are a part of our team, and we take our work very seriously and
make the best platform we can. We are a driven business who have had many successful
marketing jobs in the past, and we thrive on making peoples business come out of the
shadows and into the light of day. Our clients have been over the moon about the way we
have handled their desires and worked with them through the process. Marketing is a big
part of the world, and there is small and big business all over the UK, and we see ourselves
as Individuals trying to work on big and small projects alike and taking it to step by step to
get to the pictures perfect business.

Smart objectives

 Our business needs to make sure we have done all the market research by the end of
the month to make sure that we know what we are looking for the market and the
roller-coaster.
 Create a questionnaire which is appropriate and will help to collect the information
that we want and need to develop our ideas.
 Establish the market and why we will use certain features for different markets and
follow what market trends there are by the end of next week.
 To make sure we have the final idea and the final report in by the 16 th of May(the
deadline)
 To get the pricing structure of the market in place so we can get a pricing strategy
and plan together after we have come up with all the main ideas.
 To evaluate all the competition in the market and what there threat is to the
business.

Swot analysis

Strengths –
The market for creating a new ride is big and
full as the variety of people ranges from ages
and height and preference of what they would
like to see. For us, our market would be best to
be kept to a young adult audience as they
would have more appeal as it is an audience
that prefers a shock.
Being able to put the ride in such a prominent
place for many people to see and try can be a
significant benefit

Weaknesses-
The worst parts are that people who will visit the park can be unpredictable and lead to
either less or more success.
People could agree the theme is too violent and could potentially too much for some
people, sometime you have to take risks, and if so you need to leave warnings.
The negative publicity after the accident at Alton towers on one of the rides has caused
concerns and more people to be cautious.

Opportunities –
For a market, you have to see there are gaps and see what can be new and inventive for the
future of the cooperation. Finding a way into the market is not hard, you have to find out
what has not been done for them in the UK and maybe in the world, this could make all the
difference to if people like the finished product or not. Even if there is already a version, it is
not to say we cannot make a better one.

Threats-
Something’s can threaten the business more than others as such as the completion, Thorpe
Park and other small or large theme parks around the UK and Europe.
Another threat for Alton towers which could affect us is the other tourist attractions
throughout London and the UK, such as the London Eye and Tate Modern.
