madibular branch. Treat with carbamazepine or oxcarbazepine. Can also use
baclofen, Gabapentin or lamotrigine. Can use surgery but it will often return.

-Bell's palsy - -Caused by HSV most often. Loss of motor function to face,
loss of taste in 2/3 of tongue, and sensation to EAC. Will have a sense of
forehead wrinkles, wider pal-Reagan fissure, decrease corneal reflex, Bells
phenomenon (eye turns upward when patient try's to close the eyelid),
flattening of the nasolabial fold, Lacrimation May or may not be affected.
Won't be able to close eye, whistle, or smile.
