lady Macbeth - -when Macbeth begins to feel that his plan is flawed and may
fail, lady Macbeth assures him of their success of power

-(ambition) "art not without ambition" - Lady Macbeth - -Lady macbeth says
this refelecting on her husbands character. She knows herself that Macbeth
is capable of his ambitios dreams however, she thinks that he is unwilling to
use the ruthlessness needed to acheive their dream of power. The sets
morality aside in order for greatness.

-(guilt) "will all great neptunes ocean wash this blood clean from my hand" -
Macbeth - -Macbeth speaks this line when he enconters his wife right after
he murders Duncan. He refers to the literal blood on his hands as well as his
new sense of guilt. This language implies that the consequences of his
actions will not be hidden easily.

-(guilt) "what is done cannot be undone" - Lady Macbeth - -Lady Macbeth
speaks these lines after she goes mad and this is the final words she says in
the play. This reveals how guilt has crushed her persona.

speaks this line after becoming king, but continues to feel relentless, restless
and insecure.

-(disorder)"Yet do I fear thy nature, It is too full o' th' milk of human
kindness" - -This line is said by Lady Macbeth after she reads a letter from
her husband informing her of the prophecy of the witches which say that
Macbeth would be King.
She is excited by the letter but fears that Macbeth is too 'full of the milk of
human kindness' or of too good a nature, to take the shortest route to the
crown which would be to eliminate the king and seize the throne.
