Opportunity (CMEO) managers is four years.



12. One Year

✔️ CMEO managers should serve in their position for at least one year.



13. 3 Years

✔️ Commanding Officers and Officers in Charge must ensure that completed copies of all Navy Equal
Opportunity (EO) and Sexual Harassment (SH) formal complaint forms are maintained in the CMEO
manager's record file for a minimum of three years.



14. 60 Days

✔️ Commanding Officers and Officers in Charge must submit a climate assessment executive
summary to the Echelon 3 EO Advisor (as applicable) within 60 days of completing the command climate
assessment.



15. Equal Opportunity (EO)

✔️ This term refers to the right of all individuals to participate in and benefit from programs and
activities for which they qualify.
