Incisura trochlearis ulna hee` ook 2 faceUen. Dit is het gevolg van de kam die de incisura in 2 delen
verdeelt, beide licht concaaf van vorm à zo past de kom van de incisura mooi in de groeve van de
trochlea humeri
Dit gewricht hee` een heel sterke congruen,e ,jdens de hele flexie/extensiebeweging van de
elleboog is er blijvend contact tussen de ulna en de humerus
