1. Identify the business aims and consider how social media can help to meet them.
The company currently does not have an online prescience so by having social media accounts
not only does it provide an online presence, but it will also help the business to get more
exposure and gain more sales.
2. What do you feel are your objectives in relation to helping the company? (e.g., build an
online presence? Promote a product?)
The objective of helping the company is to give it more exposure so that more people are
aware of it. As a result, the company can make more sales.
3. What are the time parameters to develop the campaign?
The time parameters for this campaign will be a month or more
4. Who do you feel is the target audience for the social media campaign that is going to be
developed? Consider:
The target audience for this social media campaign will be people who are aged between 18-35
or people who are interested in cars/modding their cars
5. How will you communicate with the client to ensure they will stay informed about decisions
made?
I will communicate with the client by sending emails to the client for any discussions
furthermore I will also have one to one session with the client
6. What plans will need to be made? (Social media content? Stages of campaign development?)
The plans that will be made are producing social media content on all the chosen platforms I
have mentioned in hopes that it will help the company gain more sales.
7. What social media platforms (Facebook? Twitter? Instagram? YouTube?) do you feel have
the best features for posting content (pictures, videos, etc.) that will serve to promote the
company’s social media presence?
The social media platforms that I will be using will be Instagram, twitter, and Facebook.
Instagram will be best for posting pictures as its features caters towards pictures such as adding
filters on pictures to change its appearance Also on Instagram twitter we can have analysis of
the users.

success for the business.
The criteria that will define the development of the content will relies on me posting
consistently and having content that clearly promotes the business product the best way
possible.
,The main points I learned from the shop owners' email was their target audience. Which was
people aged 17 and over whilst also being inclusive to both males and females. Another point
that was brought up within the owners' email was the type of platforms to be used for this
campaign. These certain platforms were Facebook, twitter, and Instagram as they are some of
the most popular platforms. Another point is that the owners' period for content being posted
should start in May and should last a month. One last point outlined in the shop owners' email
was that they provided two products they want me to promote at my request: Pioneer AVH-
Z5200DAB and Pioneer AVIC-Z920DAB.

This image is from the car audio centers Instagram page and it shows a bad example of content
as the I dislike the fact that it does not really tell you about the company as it is just a car in a
ditch which has no connection to a car audio company.

promoting as it will be on sale. I also like the fact that in this post they have included a direct
link to the product if a customer would like to buy it. Although I see posting on Facebook may
not be the best platform to use considering that this post has four likes and the account itself
