Business Chosen: Star Mobile




Introduction: In this presentation I going to talk about social media business
plan and report about Star Mobile. The plan will be how Star Mobile will use
social media for the business also set smart target social media policy that star
mobile will use. The social media I chose these are Instagram, Twitter and
Facebook.
The social media I will use I need to create these social media account fist, I
going to use it for data analysis of my social media account how well is
performing for Star Mobile business. Also, I going to talk about how business
can create social media online community.
I am going to improve my business and I have plan for it. Also, I am going to
discuss about my social media analysis for my business, and then I will evaluate
the social media that I have chosen. Also, I am going to evaluate my data
analytics of my business social media account.


B1 – Social Media Planning
In this section there will be the social media plan, how to set up goals and
talking about how to interact with different types of customers. Also, I going to
talk about who is charge of taking care of each social media platforms that I
will chose for your companies. I also go thorough how you can go through your
plans that you already have. How you can communicate with the customers to
improve your business models.
Smart Objects:

, • On Facebook I going to set up the goal for the business, I will analysis
how many like, follows, comments are got in last 6 months so I can
improve the business.
• In Instagram you will need to past at least two post every week using
keywords and hashtags so your post can get viral on the internet, and
this will help me to analysis the social media account of the business.
• Similar goes to the Twitter(X) use keywords with hashtags to reach more
audience.
• You can also make shorts videos for TikTok about your product and
business, so I can see the data how far it gets reach to the audiences.
SMART targets for measuring the successful use of social media within an
business.
By setting up your social media platforms I also plan for your smart target
for your business. I have done this, so you know whether your business
success using social media or not. The execution of smart targets enables
you to assess how well your company is utilising social media. I know from
your company requirements that you are not using social media, so I
created the smart goals to match your needs. To give your social media
accounts enough time to develop, the smart targets should be revisited
every four to six weeks on average.
When it has come to check your smart targets, you can set up additional or
just change some of the ones you now have. In the long run, the smart
targets I have created for your social media will benefit you because you
will observe a growth over time. Measurable, genuine, and attainable goals
are the characteristics of smart targets. The goals that have been created
serve as your plan's first benchmarks, but since social media may be
unpredictable, it is possible that they are going to fail. If, however, you
develop targets for the future and discover that you are not hitting them,
you must reconsider the goals you originally set.

business using social media. Also using social media, I am promoting my
product and the business. In the social media there are lots of similar business
to my business, which will help to understand how I can promote my product
and the business.
By reading the brief I also understand that you need to offer my customers big
deals on the products and services. If I look at other businesses which are like
my mobile business, you will be able to see their target audiences. How try
using the social media for their business.
I have located a mobile device selling shop that is comparable to the business
and with whom you might compete. The other mobile shop may be the one
with whom you are competing. It is known as the CEX who sells mobile
devices. I have selected this other company since it is a rival and a source of
ideas for us.
By looking at the requirements for the business, I find one of the important
requirements which is how you can always have communication with the
customers. This you need to consider most to promote any business in social
media you need to reach out to the potential customers so you can inform
about but business to them.
Because social media websites make communication easier, you can utilise
them to reach a wider audience than you might using more conventional
methods. Utilising different social media platforms will benefit the company
more than using traditional strategies like posting posters, which might not
reach as many people. While posters might connect with those that pass Star
Mobile, social media has a wider audience than leaflets or posters.


Target Audience
For Star Mobile, the target audience are from 5 years to one hundred years old
people. I chose this age range because most of the people now days use too
much mobile devices from Smart Phone, Button Phones, Tablets, Laptops etc. I
will say Star Mobile as a business it can get the all the requirements of the
users. Star Mobile target audience are who love new technology and want to
use it for their daily life.

I have established four primary smart goals for your company's social media
presence, and to track its progress, I would want to talk about how often these
goals will be reviewed. I decided to look at these smart targets every four
weeks so that you can track your progress and identify areas for improvement
with your social media presence. I am aware that you do not presently use any
social media, per your business needs. It can take some time for your posts to
be noticed on social media, so it is important to post a lot of interesting
content during the first four weeks. The more content you post on your social
media, the greater the potential interest you will have in your posts and the
reach of the audiences. Once the social media is set up to monitor success, I
would recommend that you review your targets every four weeks. Monitoring
your company's progress is crucial as it increases the probability that people
will take note of it. You might assess your social media after the first four
weeks have gone by every six to eight weeks because, with time, the more you
utilise your social media, the better it will get. The more social media postings
you make, the more opportunities you must, say, go live on the Facebook page
I set up for your company. One effective way to boost the success of your
social media is to have a weekly game where the customers can win
something. The goals that I have set for your company are crucial to its
success. These targets are clever, and what makes them smart is that they are
meant to be timely, accurate, quantifiable, reachable, and reasonable. The
social media goals I have set for your company will help you succeed; they will
not happen overnight, but your company will eventually succeed.
