Land-based activity:
This type of activities are not done in water or the air, these types of
activities are done on solid ground. However,
Rock climbing is done on solid rock, also an artificial wall It involves a
person climbing upwards for a certain distance. Example, Rock
climbing, it can be done inside or outdoors the less experienced you
are, you are more lightly to be doing it inside and you will be under
high safety and be limited to the certain distance that you can
complete. This is so that you get your basic skills up to date and
knowledge improved by experiencing foundation level of rock
climbing.
Once the person feels that they are ready they can challenge
themselves more by going outdoor and climbing a rock. Which is
much harder as it will have less access to climb as there will be no
objects sticking out from the rock-like in the indoor wall to climb up.
Also, you will be more responsible for your health as you will be in
charge of attaching the rope to the rock yourself.
